Emily Hartstone, MBA, CDE, CNE, CNC, PCA

Emily Hartstone is the founder and CEO of From the Hart Management, LLC, a multi-level association and business management and events company out of Delray Beach, FL. Emily formed the business after spending over twelve years working in the industry for other AMCs and fortune 500 companies. She is also the Co-Owner and Founder of Gifts From the Hart, a boutique and specialty gift store, where 5% of all proceeds are donated to a different charity each month. Emily is the Founder and Executive Director of EmPOWERThePATIENTS, a foundation advocating and educating on rare and chronic disease. Emily has participated on several COVID related panels for the events industry, and played a vital role in developing mitigation policies for all of the companies’ events. She was most recently awarded as a 2022 TSNN Outstanding Show Pro, Convention South’s “Planners to Watch in 2022” and is a recipient of the IWD 2022 Event Industry’s Women to Watch Award. Emily s described as an advocate and philanthropist by nature, through her tireless work to better the lives of others.

Laura Sew

Laura Sew has over 15 years of event management experience. She loves the process from conception to execution, and everything in between. Watching the guests enjoy the event while making new connections is what makes it worthwhile for her. As a mom of 3 boys and having a passion for fitness has definitely helped in juggling her busy schedule as a full-time event planner.

Beverly Elliott, CEM

Beverly Elliott joined International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) in March 2005. As Account Manager, Exhibitions and Sales, Beverly works closely with IAEE exhibitors and partners along with being the internal liaison between IAEE departments for partner deliverables. She is very instrumental with IAEE floor plan, exhibitor portal and accounting systems. Prior to moving into the account manager role, she worked in IAEE’s membership and accounting departments. She has extensive knowledge in IAEE’s membership database, accounting policies and procedures and supports the accounting department as it relates to exhibitors and partnerships. Mrs. Elliott received her Certified Exhibition Management designation in 2013; a prestigious designation in the exhibition and events industry. She is active in the following IAEE Committees: Industry Partners Committee, Expo! Expo! Advisory Committee, Exhibitor Guidelines Task Force, Best Practices for Exhibition Rules, North America Task Force. In her free time, she is an active volunteer of the Garland Citizen Police Academy.
